New Braunfels’ Mayfair project update, first major facilities set for next year
NEW BRAUNFELS – Three years ago, the Mayfair development was little more than a concept, with vast stretches of flat land and a vision for what would become a major new community.
Today, that vision is taking shape, with homes now rising on the site, part of a broader plan to build more than 6,000 homes along with schools, office spaces, and shopping centers to keep pace with the region’s growing population.
