As Mayfair grows, so will the list of things to do. Trailways will unfurl across the landscape, over 300 acres of public parks of all sizes will fill in with places to gather and play, a lake will welcome water lovers, and Mother Nature will be part of the family. Mayfair is working with the Parks Department to meet the needs of New Braunfels so that every day is a new opportunity to get out of the house and into something good.
Fairway park
Mayfair’s first public park is designed to accommodate gatherings of all kinds. From concerts and festivals to farmers markets and food truck rallies. Trailways invite strolling hand-in-hand, a pump track makes two-wheeling it more fun, a playscape is just for kids, and an 18-hole disc golf course tosses a little friendly competition into the mix.
Midtown Mayfair
Among the many places our trailways and bikeways can take you, Midtown Mayfair promises to be a popular place. Where you’ll find community gathering spaces like the event pavilion, and resident amenities like a pool and poolhouse. Soon enough, it will come to life as a vibrant shopping, recreation and workplace district, as well. A new regional destination for New Braunfels and beyond will be just a short walk or bike ride away.
Happy trails
When you can get where you want to go without getting in a car you know you’re somewhere special. A 35-mile network of trailways and bike lanes crisscrossing Mayfair provide multi-modal alternatives that are healthier and more fun. Get out the trail runners and mountain bikes to enjoy Mayfair’s singletracks. Or hop on the cruiser and it’s a smooth ride for a meet up at the park.
