The mayfair promise
As part of New Braunfels, we are proud to share the love with our hometown by directly supporting the Comal Education Foundation, Headwaters at the Comal, and New Braunfels Parks Foundation. For every new home sold at Mayfair each of our charitable partners will receive a $100 donation, totaling an estimated $1.6 million over the life of the project. Additionally, Mayfair is a member of the New Braunfels Gives program. And Southstar is committed to giving back and making a meaningful impact in the community for years to come.
