We picture Mayfair developing similar to a small town. Every year, you will see new things “coming to town” – beautiful parks, trailways, shops and, of course, more neighbors. Mayfair is designed around a healthy lifestyle with miles of planned trails, off-street bike paths and over 300 acres of parks. We plan to incorporate something for everyone and connect homes to schools, retail and recreation areas. So, as the trailways develop, leave the car at home, take a walk, ride your bike and please enjoy each new activity as it “comes to town.”
Southstar has a dedicated team of employees implementing this vision, and a great partnership with The Neighborhood Company to oversee your neighborhood. We will have events and activities to bring neighbors together and build that sense of community.
