Midtown is designed as a regional destination. Where New Braunfels goes for shopping, dining, entertainment and professional services. Yet it starts as a local destination. Where Mayfair families ride bikes to the farmers markets, concerts, swimming … a cappuccino and conversation. Some of it will be for everyone. Some, just for our residents. And it’s coming to life as we speak.
Celebration hall
Our open-air pavilion is designed to accommodate events of all sizes and spectacle. Roof-raising concerts, fresh and local farmers markets, holiday festivities that mark the season, receptions and even the occasional birthday party.
Midtown swim club
The residents-only Swim Club is an oasis. A resort-style pool with sun shelves, places to splash or simply submerge and cool off in the heat of the day. The club also features shady cabanas, a family pavilion, lawn games, picnic tables and changing facilities. In New Braunfels, water is life.
Midtown café
Drop into this warm and inviting modern space for a barista-made drink and a bite of something fresh. Bring a friend or bring your laptop and get some work done. It’ll also serve as our welcome center, a place for future residents to learn about Mayfair, HOA office, and as Southstar’s New Braunfels office.
Future Phase
Crescent green
The halfmoon-shaped park at the center of Midtown infuses nature into our urban setting. The perfect place for kids to run off some energy or to simply sip your coffee and watch the world go by. Events, games, picnics … anything goes on this lush green lawn.
More to come
This is just phase one. Soon enough there will be even more to love at Midtown. Restaurants, shops, professional offices, entertainment … and, of course, more places to gather and reasons to get together. So stay tuned!
