We aren’t just in New Braunfels, we are part of New Braunfels. Mayfair is inspired by the unique, fun-loving, hard-working community we share. In that spirit, we are committed to giving back. Our charitable partners—Comal Education Foundation, Headwaters at the Comal and New Braunfels Parks Foundation—will benefit from every home sale at Mayfair. For every new home sold at Mayfair, each organization will receive a $100 donation, totaling an estimated $1.6 million over the life of the project. This is just one of many ways we are working to positively impact our hometown. We are proud to make this promise, proud of the work we are doing together, and excited for the future of New Braunfels.
Comal Education Foundation
Comal Education Foundation grant opportunities have benefitted the Comal Independent School District since 2001. The organization allows teachers to creatively close gaps in learning through a fresh, pioneering approach that might not have been possible through regular district funds. Funds that go above and beyond the district’s operating budget, delivering innovative resources, leading-edge programs, enhancing curriculum and fostering excellence in our educational experience.
Headwaters at the Comal
The Comal River is the heart and soul of New Braunfels. In 2012, in partnership with the community and other important stakeholders, Headwaters at the Comal launched a conservation effort to restore 16 acres at the Comal Springs headwaters and create a premier education center. The goal was to inspire others about the significance of this important resource, share its history dating back thousands of years, strengthen the relationship between community and nature, where they’ll have fun doing it.
New Braunfels Parks Foundation
Established in 2005, New Braunfels Parks Foundation creates vibrant parks, trails and green spaces for New Braunfels. The Foundation’s efforts—supporting and enhancing the parks system and its programs—have resulted in nearly $1million in donations. Ultimately everyone, from all around the greater New Braunfels community, benefits from these stronger connections to nature and to each other.

Mayfair is also a proud member of the New Braunfels Gives program—through the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce. Fostering corporate philanthropy and community involvement to affect positive change.
