Mayfair’s Welcome Café is operated by local favorite Ollie’s Market. Known for farm-fresh food and personal service, Ollie’s unique offerings are a daily delight for residents — and a pleasant surprise for visitors popping in to explore the community. Mayfair was founded on a small-town ethos and that ideal is beautifully demonstrated in the mom-and-pop shop that is Ollie’s Market in Midtown.
Ollie’s Market will soon begin service for breakfast, lunch and special events — six days a week — with dinner and to-go menus coming in 2027. Join our interest list to stay informed.
Good food
At Mayfair, Ollie’s expands on their San Marcos flagship operation with a café-style model layered onto Ollie’s existing selection of fresh local ingredients. Expanded offerings include a full-service barista bar, daily baked bread & pastries, a fresh grab-and-go deli — plus a full commercial kitchen preparing market salads, smash burgers and more. Beer, wine and thoughtful mixed drinks complement the menu. Along with regular events that bring the community together. In time, there are plans to launch a full dinner menu and offer poolside service for residents at Midtown Swim Club.
Meet
the team
Ollie’s Market was founded in San Marcos by Natalie and Eli Zablosky and named for their son, Oliver. What started around the family’s kitchen table was built on a simple belief: everyone deserves access to fresh food. Today, they work directly with local farmers and regional producers, prioritizing clean sourcing, local partnerships and seasonal eating. The table may have gotten bigger, but the philosophy remains the same—with an open invitation for all of Central Texas to join.
Natalie zablosky – ollie’s mom
Ollie’s Market was Natalie’s idea. Proudly raised in San Marcos, Texas (and her mother’s garden) and influenced by time in New Mexico cafés, hospitality and an organic delivery service, she wanted to reconnect the food community and the community through food here. As a private chef, she proved that healthy can be tasty. Natalie leads vendor partnerships and recipes at Ollie’s, which means if it’s delicious, it’s probably one of her creations.
Eli zablosky – ollie’s dad
Eli’s background, building brands in hospitality, live events, film, and higher ed, makes him the perfect voice for telling Ollie’s story. Eli runs marketing, branding, and operations to keep Ollie’s moving forward.
Sam lewis – ollie’s uncle
With a background in corporate finance, Sam keeps the numbers honest and the plans grounded. He’s the voice of reason in a room full of big ideas, helping make big ideas better.
Alisha lewis – ollie’s aunt
Alisha’s caretaking instincts were honed as a pediatric ICU nurse and as a mom. Now she takes care of the community around Ollie’s through partnerships, programming, and local connections.
Oliver
Having their son’s name on the business keeps the Zabloskys accountable. It’s a constant reminder that this isn’t only about building a successful business, it’s about contributing to the kind of community they want their kids to inherit.
