Mayfest Festival & Home Tour
Join us May 10, 11am–3pm
Spring is in the air. Soon, the sound of live music, the aroma of local food and the laughter of children will be carried on the New Braunfels breeze, too, as we host the second-annual Mayfest. You and your family are invited to join us for a day of fun (something for everyone) and a chance to take a closer look at Mayfair’s beautiful variety of model homes (also something for everyone). Plus, meet our newest builders, breaking ground on homes for sale and for rent.
RSVPs are not required but appreciated.
Fun for all & all for fun
Live music Tap your foot or kick up your heels to Southern Drive, The Triple J Band, Spjork and DJ Ango.
Free trolley Save the steps and take our free trolley from the parking lot to the event and model homes.
Bier & Wein Garden Cool off and conversate with local brews, wine and a mobile spirit bar.
Food trucks Savor several palate pleasers including burgers, wraps, popcorn, pretzels and popsicles.
Fun & games Enjoy axe throwing, rock climbing, disc golf, soccer billiards, yard games and life-size Hungry Hippos.
Local market Peruse local crafts like flowers, hats, clay jewelry, paintings, tumblers and stuff for pets.
Fun for kids Kid-friendly activities include a climbing wall, crafts, bubble artist and face painting.
Photo ops Photo ops Snap a pic with your besties in a seven-foot photo frame or in our old-school photo bus.
Mother’s day flowers Free flowers for mom while supplies last.
Art walk Browse art for sale from local artists and watch live mural demonstrations along Model Row.

FAQS
What to know before you go
- Mayfest is a free festival and open to the public. All are welcome.
- This year’s Mayfest will be held along Ransom Road and in the new Fairway Park. Please note: Ransom Road will be closed beginning Friday for the festival. Enter Mayfair via Ford Trail.
- Once in Mayfair, follow the Event Parking signs to the parking lot field (also free). From there, you can walk or take the trolley to the event site.
- Stop by the Mayfair Welcome Tent for a site map and free goodies while they last.
- All activities are free and first come, first serve.
- Food, drinks and vendor booths will accept cash and digital payments. Complimentary water is available.
- We love furry friends but please leave them at home for this event.
- Seating and standing areas near the stage are on a first come, first served basis. You may bring your own lawn chairs or picnic blankets for the concert. No pop-up tents please.
- Portable / ADA restrooms will be available in Fairway Park during the event.
- Friends don’t let friends rock climb in sandals! Most of Mayfest will be on fields and the sidewalk. We recommend leaving the flip flops and sandals at home for this one.
- Home tours will be held rain or shine. Stay tuned to our Instagram and Facebook channels for weather updates.
