The rumors are true: Costco Wholesale Corp. is headed to fast-growing New Braunfels.
The warehouse club is planning a $37 million project to build a 158,000-square-foot store and gas station at 330 Addstine Lane, near Kohlenberg Road and the Interstate 35 access road. According to filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction is expected to start in September and wrap up in March 2026.
