It’s that time of year again! Flowers are blooming, trees are budding and Mayfair is buzzing in preparation for the 3rd annual Mayfest celebration. You and your family are enthusiastically invited to join us in Midtown, for live music, local food, tasty refreshments and fun in the sun. Visit our local market in the newly opened Celebration Hall. And explore a variety of inspired model homes by a range of talented builders. Hope to see you there!

Fun for kids Kid-friendly activities include train rides, crafts and inflatables.
Free trolley Save the steps and take our free trolley from the parking lot to the event and model homes.
Art walk Find your favorite art piece and watch live demonstrations from New Braunfels artists.
Moms at mayfest Celebrate the greatest woman in your life at Mayfest with a flower bouquet bar, free arts/craft gifts from the kids and tons of great gift ideas in the market.

What to know before you go
- Mayfest is a free festival and open to the public. All are welcome.
- Once in Mayfair, follow the Event Parking signs for free parking at Mayfair Elementary.
- Stop by the Mayfair Welcome Tent for a site map and free goodies while they last.
- All activities are free and first come, first serve.
- Food, drinks and vendor booths will accept cash and digital payments. Complimentary water is available.
- We love furry friends but please leave them at home for this event.
- Seating and standing areas near the stage are on a first come, first served basis. You may bring your own lawn chairs or picnic blankets for the concert. No pop-up tents please.
- Friends don’t let friends rock climb in sandals! Most of Mayfest will be on fields and the sidewalk. We recommend leaving the flip flops and sandals at home for this one.
- Home tours will be held rain or shine. Stay tuned to our Instagram and Facebook channels for weather updates.
