- Stop by the Mayfair Welcome Tent for site map and free goodies while they last.
- All activities are free and first come, first serve.
- Food, drinks and vendor booths will accept cash and digital payments. Complimentary water is available.
- We love furry friends but please leave them at home for this event.
- Seating and standing areas near the stage are on a first come, first served basis. You may bring your own lawn chairs or picnic blankets for the concert. No pop-tents please.
- Portable / ADA restrooms will be available along Garland Avenue near the vendor booths.
- Friends don’t let friends rock climb in sandals! Most of Mayfest will be on fields and sidewalk. We recommend leaving the flip flops and sandals at home for this one.
- Home tours will be held rain or shine. Stay tuned to our social media for weather updates.
Mayfair
Small town modern
Warm. Welcoming. Rich in experience and connection. Mayfair is a place for anyone in search of a hometown vibe. Located in northeast New Braunfels on I-35—just down the road from historic Gruene—and inspired by the area’s friendly spirit, Mayfair is a new choice. Offering a variety of new homes—single-family, paired, town and apartment homes by some of the region’s beloved builders. Regionally inspired architectural styles refreshed for a modern age. All connected to over 300 acres of public parks and open space by 35 miles of trails. We invite you to be part of what’s happening here.
