The excitement was undeniable as we celebrated the opening of Midtown Swim Club with our homeowners at the end of July! The stunning two-tier pool, covered pavilion and poolside cabanas are now open and ready for summer fun.

Midtown Mayfair was home to Mayfair’s 3rd annual Mayfest on May 9, 2026. The festival featured live music, a performance by Mayfair Elementary School students, games & activities, delicious food trucks, a vendor market and so much more.
